He Gathers the Lambs

Cornelius Lambregste was born in 1916 in the province of Zeeland, the Netherlands. In 1935 he obtained his teaching certificate after which he taught in various places in his home province. He immigrated to the United States of America in 1947 and for a short time studied at Calvin College after which he taught the Dutch language there for two years. Since 1950 he has been busy writing, editing, and translating. He Gathers the Lambs is the first of his books to appear in the English language. This book, the title of which was taken from Isaiah 40:11, was inspired by and dedicated to the memory of his only son who died at a very young age.
